For Maine contractors

One contractor per trade, per town.

That's the whole idea. Homeowners come to us asking for work in your area. If you hold the town, the lead is yours — we don't send it to three of your competitors and let you fight over it.

How it works

  1. 1
    You claim your towns
Name the towns you actually work in. One contractor per trade, per town — first to claim it holds it.
  2. 2
A homeowner asks for work in your area
They fill in a short form on our site: what the job is, where, and how urgent.
  3. 3
You get the lead, not five other guys
Full contact details land in your inbox the moment they submit. Nobody else in your trade gets it.
  4. 4
You pay when you close it
No subscription, no retainer, no charge for leads that go nowhere. The fee only applies to work you win.

What you're not signing up for

No monthly bill

You never pay to be listed. If we send you nothing, you owe us nothing.

No bidding wars

We don't hand the same lead to four contractors. If it's your town and your trade, it's yours.

No junk leads

Homeowners fill in a real form with a real project. If someone is just price-shopping, you'll see it.

No lock-in

If it isn't working, tell us and we'll release the town. Nothing to cancel.

Contractor questions

What does it cost?
Nothing to be listed, and nothing for leads that don't turn into work. Once you close a job that came from us, there's a lead fee — we go through the number with you before you commit to anything. No subscriptions, no percentage of your project beyond that agreed fee.
How many leads will I get?
Honestly? It depends on your trade and your towns, and we won't promise a number we can't hit. Some trades are getting several requests a week, some are quieter. What we will do is tell you the real current volume for your towns before you sign up, so you can decide with actual numbers.
What if someone else already holds my town?
Then we tell you straight away, and offer you towns nearby that are still open. We'd rather have you somewhere useful than lie to you about coverage.
Can I hold more than one town?
Yes — most contractors do. Claim the towns you genuinely service. Holding towns you won't drive to just means leads go to waste.
What do you need from me?
A name, a phone number, an email, and the towns you work in. That's it. We'll take it from there and get back to you with what's open in your trade.

Claim your towns

Takes a minute. I read every one of these myself.

160 of 168 Maine towns still have at least one open trade.

List them out — we hold one contractor per trade, per town, so what you name is yours.

No subscription and no cut of your job beyond the agreed lead fee — and you only pay on work you actually close. We'll walk you through the numbers before you commit to anything.
